Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Eskew, COO, leads the development and expansion of Healthquest’s laboratory capabilities, driving growth and innovation in core lab testing, toxicology, pharmacogenetics, and next-generation sequencing. With over three decades in healthcare, he is a proven leader in guiding laboratories through acquisitions, system transitions, and launching new product lines that enhance revenue and service offerings.
Previously, Jeff played a key role in integrating physician groups into major health systems like Cedars Sinai and was instrumental in expanding lab capabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. A recognized expert, he holds a Diplomate in Laboratory Management from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), reflecting his dedication to excellence, ethics, and sound leadership.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University, served as a U.S. Army officer, and completed his MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
